Problem
Our client was using brain activity data gathered from neuroscience studies where subjects would browse the web and view advertisements. Their activity was meausured when specific events entered the screen. These events needed to be detected, labelled, and timestamped so brain activity spikes could be connected to the events and studied.

Objective
We developed software to detect and timestamp branded moments on video advertisements. This included logo detection, OCR for branded text, and speech-to-text analysis for detecting catchphrases and company names said aloud.
